The U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, projects that employment in the Digital Graphics discipline will grow at a rate of 30% or more by the year 2010-- making it one of the fastest growing fields in the U.S. Our Digital Graphics Design program is designed to ground you in the theory and tools of design work and provide the foundational skills you need for a successful and rewarding career in Graphic Design, Digital Illustration and related Digital Media. Upon completion of all classes, you will receive a Visual Communications Certificate with a concentration in Digital Graphics Design and be well on your way to a cutting-edge creative career.
Digital Multimedia and Web Design Master Certificate Program
Building on the Digital Graphics Design classes, this program trains you in both theory and practice-with hands-on tools use-in the areas of web multimedia and design. Become a Multimedia Designer with additional skills in web 2-D animation and Flash, the industry leading web animation tool. With this dual program, you'll gain the skills to launch a creative career in either print, or multimedia/web production (or a combination of the two). Not only will you create an extensive portfolio to use for job interviewing, you'll receive a Visual Communications Master Certificate with a concentration in Digital Multimedia and Web Design upon successful completion of all classes.
Digital Video and Animation Design Master Certificate Program
Learn the cutting-edge skills for a career in motion graphics and/or video effects editing. You'll gain enhanced skills in adding real-time video effects and 2-D animation along with the fundamentals of video editing. This unique program allows graduates to seek employment opportunities in both print and video production. You'll create a print and video design portfolio, useful for job interviewing. Upon successful completion of all classes, you will receive a Visual Communications Master Certificate with a concentration in Digital Video and Animation Design.

Building on the Digital Graphics Design classes and either of the Digital Multimedia & Web Design or Digital Video & Animation Design program classes, this program adds the skills necessary for video game design and 3-D animation. Students are able to build on their design and 2-D animation skills by developing skills in the following areas:
